In 2010 the Kistenmakerseiland Landsmeer was developed. The former plant area is in Nature2000 surroundings. This means there are many restrictions for developing. DGV group focused on the process, procedures and legislation and made the impossible possible.

The authentic area was designed by Leloup architects.
